Chris's father founded this agency in 1980. Chris carried it forward. Now his brother Steve is part of the operation too. It's a story no national carrier or online quote platform can replicate. Meet Chris and Steve
Chris has spent his career working with Columbus-area business owners who need more than a policy — they need an advisor who understands what's at stake. He specializes in commercial insurance for small and mid-size businesses, including contractors, specialty trade operators, and industries that mainstream carriers routinely decline. As an Ohio Mutual appointed agent and a West Bend specialty market agent, he brings access and relationships that most agencies simply don't have.
Steve handles commercial accounts and brings the same named-agent approach to every client relationship. When you call Insure Us Ohio, you reach Chris or Steve — not a 1-800 number, not a rotating call center, not whoever picked up the phone.
We serve businesses and families across Dublin, Columbus, and Franklin County, and we're licensed statewide in Ohio. Our focus is local because local is where we can actually do the work well.

Our standing advice to every client: before you file anything with the carrier, call us. We'll walk through what happened, help you understand how the claim is likely to be evaluated, and make sure you're positioned correctly before anything goes on record. Once you've filed, you're largely in the carrier's hands. Before you file, we're still in yours.
